9v9 Football Goals

The 9-a-side football format, currently for under 11s and under 12s, transitions football players from mini soccer to youth football. The recommended goal size is 16ft x 7ft. The FutureFit initiative will come into effect from the 2026/27 season and will see under 11s continuing with 7v7 games and under 13s players staying with 9v9 games using 16ft x 7ft goals.
