Shipping Policy

Free delivery on all orders over £50 for mainland UK. Products are shipped on a targeted (not guaranteed service) in line with shipping option chosen. Tracking details will be provided on the order and additional options for delivery may be available dependent on chosen courier.

Our main couriers are FedEx and these are sent on a targeted next day service from collection (within mainland UK, excluding NI).

We have tried to strive a balance between efficiency and costs and are always reviewing and updating options to best cater for you, our customers. 

We have therefore introduced a number of different services to cater for different needs and expected timescales. Free shipping available over £50. However if you require your order sooner please upgrade to our standard or priority shipping.

Normal order cut off is 12:00pm, therefore any orders received after that time would be processed the next working day

England, Scotland, Wales UK Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight)

Free Shipping (2-5 Business Days) - Available on orders above £50

• Standard Shipping (2-3 Business Days) (Normally Fedex/ occasionally DPD/UPS Tracked service, targeted next day from collection) - £5.99
• Priority Shipping (1-2 Business Days) (Fedex or DPD Tracked service, targeted next day) - £8.99

Northern Ireland

• Standard Shipping NI (3-5 Business Days) - £6.99
  
• Express NI (2-4 Business Days) — £9.99
