All Inclusive Football Coaching CIC (AIFC), based in Cambridgeshire, is dedicated to making football accessible for everyone, regardless of age, ability, disability, or experience. Our mission is to create inclusive opportunities, using football to improve physical and mental well-being, strengthen communities, and foster participation for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.

Founded to address a critical need for accessible football, especially for those with disabilities or additional needs, AIFC has established successful partnerships with local SEN schools, community groups, and sports organisations. We’ve also expanded to offer popular programs like walking football for older adults, inclusive youth leagues, and accessible community events, reaching over 350 active participants and their families.

The Visionaries: Matthew Gill and Ian Brasher

With a lifelong passion for football, and careers spanning playing, coaching and management, Matt and Ian have witnessed countless moments of joy the game can bring. Yet, they have also seen many faces on the sidelines, those for whom the game was just a distant dream. The sparked an idea that grew into a mission.

Through partnerships with schools, charities and community-based programs, we’re bringing the game directly to those who might never have had a chance to play. Our initiatives are designed to equip, educate and empower; leading training sessions, sharing insights and fostering a love for the game.
