Established in 1999, Mere Town FC is a volunteer run football club based in South West Wiltshire. They are affiliated with the Wiltshire FA and play their league games in the Dorset football league, offering youth football for boys and girls from age 6 through to open age for all abilities.

Their home ground is in the heart of Mere at the primary school and the recreation ground. Training during the winter is held in Gillingham on the astro turf at Gillingham Comprehensive School and in the spring and summer back in Mere, with games are played on Sunday for all age groups.
