- Football for Fun: Drop-in sessions catering to individuals aged 4 to 16 years old. These sessions provide a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for players to engage in the sport. 

- Football for Competition: They field teams starting from Under 7s, competing in the esteemed Capital Girls League. This level of play fosters healthy competition and enables their players to further develop their skills. 

- Football for Performance: VPR has established connections with Professional Women's Football Clubs, granting our girls access to a wide array of elite coaching support. Additionally, they are provided with various opportunities to participate in friendly matches. By providing a comprehensive range of sessions and fostering connections with professional clubs, Vicky Park Rangers Football Club ensures that their players receive the highest level of coaching and exposure to the sport.
